Kathie Dennis CPA

Kathie Dennis started at Jim Oliver & Associates, PC in January 1998 as a part-time staff accountant.

Kathie focuses her expertise primarily on:

• Estate, trust and gift tax returns and planning
• Individual tax returns and planning
• Representation on client issues with IRS
• Venture capital consulting

Business Related Activities:

Kathie has had experience with owning and operating a ranch and an energy related business.

Personal:

Kathie has performed a wide variety of volunteer work, including serving on the boards of various organizations and foundations in San Antonio. She has also chaired many fundraising activities for the boards on which she's served. Over the years, she has developed a keen interest in British Royal Academy artwork. She and her husband, David, have been collecting these paintings for about 25 years. They are limited only by their lack of wall space. Kathie enjoys traveling to research the various paintings as well as travel for pleasure.

Bachelor of Science from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio
Bachelor of Nursing from Ohio State University
Master of Tax from the University of San Antonio, with a 4.0 GPA
